These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Gostico, the digital-menu platform at gostico.com, operated by Sabotronic, a company registered in Serbia at [registered business address] ("Sabotronic", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Gostico lets a restaurant ("Tenant", "you") create and manage a digital menu, publish it at a shareable address, and offer optional guest features like QR-code table ordering, Call Waiter, and feedback collection. Some features may be limited by your plan.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login credentials confidential.
- You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions by staff members you invite.
- You must be legally able to represent the restaurant you're creating an account for.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the menu content (names, descriptions, prices, photos) you enter. By entering it, you grant us a license to host, display, and transmit it as needed to run the service - for example, showing it on your public menu page. You're responsible for making sure your content doesn't infringe anyone else's rights and is accurate (prices, allergens, availability).
4. Guest data you collect
When guests use your menu's Call Waiter or feedback features, we store that data (table number, IP address, rating/comment) on your behalf, as a data processor - you are the data controller for that data under applicable privacy law, and you're responsible for complying with it (for example, informing guests as required in your jurisdiction). 5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything illegal, fraudulent, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, QR-code signing, or other abuse protections built into the guest-facing features.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, or access it through automated means beyond normal use.
- Upload content that's defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
6. Plans and pricing
Current plan pricing is shown at signup and on our pricing page. We'll give reasonable notice before any pricing change takes effect for existing accounts.
7. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Deleting an account permanently removes its menu content and guest-generated data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service reliably available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to these Terms
We'll update the date at the top of this page when we make material changes, and where required, notify Tenants directly.
